The 15-ton mobile yard ramp is an advanced piece of equipment designed for intensive loading and unloading operations in warehouses, logistics centers, and storage yards. It enables forklifts to quickly and safely enter truck trailers or containers directly.
Armored Construction and Durability
The main frame of the ramp is based on 5 main profiles (100×200×6 mm) along with a reinforced auxiliary structure. The entire unit undergoes shot blasting and electrostatic powder coating, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosion and harsh weather conditions. A dead weight of approximately 3900 kg confirms the overall structural solidity.
High Safety and Anti-Slip Surface
The platform decking consists of 6 mm steel sheet covered with an 8 mm thick steel mesh, guaranteeing excellent forklift wheel traction even in rain or frost. Operational safety is further enhanced by 300 mm high safety guardrails, a robust 20 mm lip plate (2000×400 mm), and a container attachment system utilizing welded hooks and steel chains.
Reliable Hydraulic System and Adjustment
The ramp is equipped with an efficient manual hydraulic pump and a Φ80×Φ45 cylinder with high-pressure hoses (32 MPa). This allows for smooth height adjustment ranging from 1100 to 1800 mm. Stability during loading is ensured by synchronous support legs with a 400 mm stroke, supported by additional auxiliary legs.
Mobility and Well-Designed Dimensions
Solid rubber tires (700-9) and the included tow bar allow for easy positioning of the ramp around the maneuvering yard. The ramp features a long inclined section (7150 mm), a comfortable level section (3000 mm), and a 2000 mm working width, providing an optimal approach angle and convenient maneuvering.

The standard package includes: a tow bar, a manual pump handle, and 2 wheel chocks to secure the vehicle during loading operations.
