The GG035 by Gunter Grossmann is a modern medium-heavy articulated wheel loader designed for intensive work in construction, agriculture, and the municipal sector. It combines high performance, robust construction, and precise control, ensuring reliability even in the most demanding conditions.

Weichai Engine

The machine is powered by an efficient Weichai WP4.6NG135F670 diesel engine with an output of 135 hp (99 kW) at 2200 rpm. The unit meets the EURO 5 emission standard while offering a high torque of 610 Nm at 1300–1500 rpm. With a displacement of 4.58 l and 6 cylinders, the engine ensures smooth and economical operation even under heavy loads.

Hydraulics and Controls

The hydraulic system, based on a gear pump, guarantees stable and efficient operation. A relief valve pressure of 16 MPa and a steering valve pressure of 16.5 MPa ensure high operating precision. Short working cycle times – raising 5.8 s, dumping 1.5 s, and lowering 3.0 s – translate into fast and efficient loading operations.

Drive and Transmission

The 4×4 drive and Power Shift transmission with a wet clutch provide excellent traction and driving smoothness. A single-stage, three-element torque converter enables efficient power transmission. The loader reaches speeds of up to 35 km/h forward and 28 km/h in reverse, offering 4 forward gears and 3 reverse gears.

Working Performance

With an operating weight of 10,500 kg, the loader offers a rated payload capacity of 3,500 kg, making it an ideal solution for handling heavy materials. The shortest full working cycle is only 10.3 seconds, significantly increasing operational efficiency.

Working Geometry

The GG035 offers a dumping height of 3152 mm and a maximum hinge pin height of 4137 mm. A dumping reach of 1385 mm enables precise loading. The dump angle at full height is 38°, facilitating easy bucket emptying.
