The JAPAN 1000 mini excavator is a compact crawler machine designed for earthmoving operations in confined spaces. Thanks to its stable design and compact dimensions, it excels at trenching, grading, and utility installation work on small construction sites and in urban areas.
Engine
The machine is powered by a Kubota diesel engine with an output of approximately 15 hp, compliant with emission standards. This unit is characterized by stable operation, moderate fuel consumption, and high durability in daily use.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system, based on a Parker pump, operates at pressures up to 20 MPa, providing high digging force and precise control over working functions. Reinforced hydraulic cylinders and protected hoses increase the durability of the system during intensive work.
Drive and mobility
The swing boom and retractable tracks allow for maneuvering through narrow passages and adapting the chassis width to site conditions. A two-speed travel system based on Eaton components allows travel speed to be adjusted to the nature of the work being performed.
Working range
The maximum digging depth is 1650 mm, the maximum digging height is 2610 mm, and the digging radius at ground level is 2890 mm. Full 360° superstructure rotation allows work to be performed without the need to constantly reposition the machine. The dozer blade with a lifting height of up to 345 mm facilitates site leveling and excavator stabilization during operation.
